Project is 50,000 m2 of gross leaseable space on a land plot 80,310 m2 in size. The total building area including parking is approximately 90,000 m2
Construction of the complex was completed in 2009 and is currently open. Riga Plaza plans to have approximately 160 tenants including a hypermarket and fashion, footwear, leather, sports, health & beauty, services, household, multimedia and electronics retail stores. An entertainment complex with multiple cinemas, bowling, electronic games and food court is also complete. Parking facilities include space for 1,600 vehicles.
Riga Plaza is a 50/50 partnership between NCH and Plaza Centers, an experienced Israel based developer of retail malls in Eastern Europe.
