Home base to the managing partners who are responsible for overall portfolio construction and management of the firm, the New York office houses firm-wide finance, accounting, operations, legal, marketing and investor relations support groups.
NCH’s ten regional offices have in the aggregate a staff of over 200 dedicated to identifying investment opportunities, due diligence, portfolio monitoring, trading, property management, legal and accounting functions, market research and the corporate actions of local investments.
