Andreas K. Santis, Managing Director - Office Head for Western Balkans, Greece and Cyprus - Director of Cyprus subsidiaries, joined NCH in June 2014. Mr. Santis is responsible for identifying new investment opportunities and for expanding and developing the real estate sector of NCH in the region.Mr. Santis is a Fellow member of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants in the UK. He holds a BA degree in Accounting and has worked in the profession for 6 years with PWC with a focus on taxation and business consultancy matters.
Since 2001 Mr. Santis has been actively involved in the real estate business and in the development of small to large scale projects in countries such as Greece, UAE, Bulgaria and Cyprus.
Andi Ballta, Managing Director, President of Tranzit and ABI joined NCH Capital in
2008. Through June 2014, he was responsible for investment opportunities in
Albania, Bosnia, Croatia, Macedonia, Greece, Kosovo, and Montenegro. During
this time he led the acquisitions of and managed a regional portfolio of prime
shorefront land for development in Greece and the Western Balkans. In July 2014, his primary-focus shifted to the
management and growth of NCH's regional debt purchase, collection, and
financing company, Tranzit. In 2015, Tranzit acquired the Albania subsidiary of a French bank, now named American Bank of Investments ("ABI"). Mr. Ballta is the President and CEO of Tranzit and ABI. Prior to joining NCH, Mr. Ballta worked for seven
years with Israel Discount Bank in New York and Miami as Senior Vice
President-Head of Sponsored and Syndicated Financing. In this role, he managed
a buy side team for high-yield loans, sourcing business, structuring,
evaluating credit and trading in both the primary and secondary market. Mr. Ballta received his
B.S. in Business Administration from the State University of Tirana and a MBA
from St. Thomas University in Miami, Florida.
K. Avgousti - Director of Cyprus Affiliated Companies, joined NCH in March 2008. Mrs. Avgousti is a member of the Cyprus
management team and is responsible for administering investment activities of the
NCH Cyprus Affiliated Companies, and Ukrainian agribusiness projects. Prior to joining NCH, Mrs. Avgousti worked
for seven years at NCR Middle East & Africa as the business operations specialist. Mrs. Avgousti received a BSc in Economics
from the University of Cyprus.
