Maria Osyka

Maria Osyka joined NCH in 2007.

Ms. Osyka is responsible for managing NCH’s agribusiness portfolio and for identifying new investment opportunities in Ukraine.

Prior to NCH, Ms. Osyka was the Ukraine Country Manager for Monsanto Europe, the international agribusiness company. In this capacity, she led new market initiatives, company mergers, restructurings, financial reporting and strategic planning for several business lines, while establishing long-term partnerships with Ukrainian agricultural authorities, including the Ministry of Agriculture. She has also worked with HELM AG and May Seed Group as a management consultant, leading their sales and marketing efforts.

Ms. Osyka received an MA in Economics from Central European University in Prague and an MBA from Goizueta Business School at Emory University.
